Preventive Care
Regular cleanings and periodontal maintenance are the foundation of a healthy smile. Our custom dentures and partials are designed to replace missing teeth while restoring both function and aesthetics. We take a personalized approach to ensure a comfortable fit and natural look, helping you regain confidence in your smile and everyday activities. We also offer denture repairs and relines to keep your appliance fitting properly over time.
Implant-Supported Dentures
Implant-supported dentures offer enhanced stability and confidence compared to traditional dentures. We create custom dentures and attachments that connect to implants placed by a trusted specialist. Our role is to ensure your denture fits beautifully and functions comfortably as part of your complete treatment plan.

Meet Dr. Brotherton
Dr. Brotherton is a dedicated and experienced dentist who has proudly served the El Dorado community for over three decades. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1986 before completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Tennessee Dental School in 1990.
Following dental school, Dr. Brotherton served his country in the United States Air Force, where he practiced dentistry until 1995. After completing his military service, he purchased his dental practice in El Dorado, Arkansas, where he has been committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care ever since.
Known for his compassionate approach and commitment to individualized treatment, Dr. Brotherton takes pride in building lasting relationships with his patients and helping them achieve optimal oral health.

Fran leads the business and operational side of the practice, managing insurance, payroll, scheduling, and supply coordination. She ensures the office runs smoothly every day, supporting both the team and patients to maintain a seamless, professional experience.

Mackenzie ensures every patient feels welcome and well taken care of from the moment they walk through the door. She's here to help with scheduling, questions, and making your visit seamless.
